Ola movie question?

I thought this film was Paul Rudd in it, but apparently it does after checkng imdb.com. I'm sure the type or black hair brown and I thought the girl might have been Mandy Moore … ensure that it is not good, the film got stuck in my head yes. It is a romantic comedy and all I can remember something about Guy and his girl walk the cross as a sidewalk or street to go to him and there is a tree in the background and, perhaps, but not sure the premise is that a guy falls for a woman the girl loves the guy too. please help! Film 2007.
